To maintain a safe and joyful environment, we ask all members to follow these principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \u2705 Be Honest<\/strong> \u2013 Provide truthful information about your skills or services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2705 Meet Publicly<\/strong> \u2013 Always use community centres or public places for meetups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \ud83d\udd12 Protect Your Data<\/strong> \u2013 Never share your SingPass<\/strong>, NRIC, or bank passwords.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \ud83d\udea9 Report Issues<\/strong> \u2013 Report directly to the authorities<\/strong> if there is fraud or any issue that is inimical to your safety or the community. We do not handle any fraud.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We take your privacy seriously and comply with Singapore\u2019s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Identification & Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Minimum Information:<\/strong> We require the minimum information necessary for identification to ensure community safety. Such requirements are in strict accordance with the local authorit<\/strong><\/span>y’s guidelines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Contact Details:<\/strong> If you do not wish to provide your contact details, you are not permitted to use our services, our address, or any of our links and communication tools. At a minimum, a valid email address<\/strong> is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • To verify vendor identities for senior safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        The Pack Ideas<\/strong> acts as a bridge; we are not responsible<\/strong> for the specific details provided or what is presented by users. As we do not have the right or capacity to check every detail thoroughly, you are fully advised to perform your own due diligence checks<\/strong> on the information provided by both seniors and vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • \u2728 Free 45-day Trial:<\/strong> Enjoy full access for your first 45 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • \ud83d\udcb3 Advance Payment:<\/strong> All payments are made in advance<\/strong> for usage starting at the end of the 3rd month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • \ud83d\udcb3 Monthly Plan:<\/strong> $15\/month<\/strong>. This requires a minimum 6-month commitment, totalling $90<\/strong> after the trial period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • \ud83d\udcc5 Yearly Special:<\/strong> $150\/year<\/strong> (Non-refundable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • \ud83d\udd04 Auto-Deduction:<\/strong> A valid debit or credit card<\/strong> must be linked to your account to allow for automatic bank deduction on the 1st of the month<\/strong> prior to usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • \ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Admin Fee:<\/strong> Any changes to profile data will incur a $50 fee per change<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            To protect our nation’s seniors, we enforce a strict policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • \ud83d\udeab Second Offence:<\/strong> A 30-day suspension from the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • \u26d4 Serious Offence:<\/strong> Permanent ban for scams, harassment, or fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • \u2696\ufe0f Legal Action:<\/strong> Illegal activities should be reported to the Singapore authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
